Julie Yeagle
Julie Yeagle, Associate, graduated from American University, Washington College of Law, in 2008, where she served on the Sustainable Development Law & Policy Journal, and participated in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project. Prior to attending law school, Julie graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.A. in English. Julie has worked as an associate of the firm since February, 2018. Before joining the firm, Julie was Staff Counsel for the American Federation of Government Employees, and an associate at for a boutique law firm in Chicago that specialized in complex civil litigation.
Practice Areas
Julie focuses primarily on representing federal employees in Federal court. Julie represents employees in discrimination and retaliation claims, as well as claims for unpaid minimum and overtime wages under both State and Federal law. Julie has represented clients in claims of race discrimination, disability discrimination, national origin discrimination, age discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, overtime and minimum wage claims, and breach of contract. Julie has also successfully represented numerous employees and unions in all levels of administrative proceedings with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Federal Labor Relations Authority, and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment.
